Shipping policy

• Delivery Areas: We deliver to all areas within a 15-mile radius of our shop. For deliveries outside this area, please contact us for a quote.

• Delivery Times: We offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 12:00 PM. Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be delivered the next business day. We also offer scheduled delivery for orders that need to be delivered at a specific time.

• Delivery Fees: We charge a delivery fee of $15.00 for all orders. For orders outside our 15-mile delivery area, the delivery fee will be higher.

• Special Delivery Requests: We will do our best to accommodate special delivery requests, such as delivery to a specific location or at a specific time. However, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate all requests.

• Missed Deliveries: If the recipient is not home when the flowers are delivered, we will attempt to contact them to schedule a redelivery. If we are unable to contact the recipient, the flowers will be returned to our shop and the customer will be charged a redelivery fee.
